EPA CEPPO: Chemical Emergency Preparedness and Prevention Office - A good link to find out what's new with the Accident Prevention Program, Risk Management Program, and Clean Air Act Section 112(r). RMP guidance for LEPCs provides good ideas.
CAMEO - Computer Aided Management of Emergency Operations. US EPA and NOAA web site to facilitate the use of CAMEO and to establish a new online technical support system. Includes CAMEO tools and information and are working to make more of our information available. CAMEO Support is also available for purchase.
TRI (Toxic Release Inventory) - Conduct a TRI Search using the Right-to-Know Network database. The Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) is a database of information about releases and transfers of toxic chemicals from manufacturing facilities that meet four criteria.

NRT-1 – October 2001 - Hazardous Materials Planning Guide - This 2001 update of the 1987 Hazardous Materials Emergency Planning Guide (NRT-1) contains updated references to guidance on developing state and local emergency response plans. Brief references to recent legislation have been incorporated to encourage plan integration and coordination. This updated version of NRT-1 includes new guidance on integrating local emergency response plans prepared and updated by Local Emergency Response Committees (LEPCs) with the planning requirements contained in recent legislation.
